Cheryl A. De Bari, Esq. has been a Moorpark resident for over 20 years.  She and her husband raised their children here, both of whom attended Moorpark schools from kindergarten through high school.  Throughout their public-school tenure, she worked on various school committees and is a past president of Arroyo West PTA.

Cheryl is an advocate for local foster children and Board Chair of Court Appointed Special Advocates (“CASA”) of Ventura County.

She is also a Ventura County Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Commissioner.  An attorney for over 30 years, Cheryl brings her legal expertise to the Board.
